Use this artichoke paste, or crema de alcachofa, to give pasta dishes an instant earthy hit of flavour. The paste is also great spread liberally across hunks of crusty bread with a drizzle of olive oil. Its tangy sweetness works really well with cured meats, so serve with thinly sliced jamón for a Spanish appetizer.
Ingredients: Artichoke, sunflower oil, garlic, vinegar, salt, spices, acidulant (citric acid), antioxidant (ascorbic acid).
